No. Our delivery team sets it up with you and stays alongside your people. If your team can use WhatsApp, they can use what we put in place.

Your first three months are fully funded — complimentary access to explore and evaluate, with the License Fee waived. From month four the program moves into sponsored implementation, and a nominal commitment fee secures your place; it is credited back in full against any ongoing subscription or service fees from month seven. During onboarding you share the material your business already runs on — catalogues, FAQs, SOPs, price lists — and we set things up around how you actually work, not a template.

This site is available in English, Bahasa Malaysia, 中文, Bahasa Indonesia and Tiếng Việt. Tell us in your application which language your team works in, and we will confirm what we can support through your pilot.

Your data is processed on enterprise cloud infrastructure and we comply with Malaysia's PDPA. You own your data. Ask us at any time which parties are involved in handling it and we will tell you.
